Summary of our Conflict Resolution & Conciliation Services

Mediation, arbitration, marriage and other interpersonal conciliation, and conflict coaching are the core of our full range of professional dispute resolution services.  Our services also include organizational conflict intervention and consulting, group facilitation, and training tailored to meet the needs of those we serve. Our conflict coaching services are an excellent alternative to counseling when dealing with an interpersonal conflict, as we help guide clients in how to productively address a conflict personally and privately.  Conflict Resolution & Conciliation Services is dedicated to promoting and facilitating peaceful resolution of conflict. 

People we serve are most often dealing with family, employment, business, or church conflict. The scope of family matters we deal with include the gamut of relationship preservation and restoration, parenting, separation, divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, elder care, and estate issues.  For parties considering or involved in legal action, our mediators provide an alternative to expensive attorney driven litigation that pits parties against each other.  Instead, we bring parties together for a mediator guided collaborative resolution.  

Serving the Northern Virginia and Metro DC Regions Since 1995

We have served hundreds of satisfied clients since our founding in 1995. As a non-profit organization, we offer services on an income-based sliding scale.  Located in downtown Fairfax City, we serve Northern Virginia, the Metro Washington, DC area, and surrounding regions, including all the communities of Fairfax County, such as Springfield, Burke, Centreville, Herndon, Reston, Vienna, Tysons Corner, McLean.  We also serve Loudoun County, Arlington County, Falls Church, Alexandria, Prince William County, Montgomery County and Prince George's County, and beyond.      
 
All of our services are grounded in time-honored biblical principles. For those who would appreciate a Christ-centered focus in dealing with their conflict we can offer our services in the context of Christian Conciliation.  However, if all the parties want is a basic mediated settlement or arbitration of their dispute, we do provide that service.
