Costs
There is no charge for up to 30 minutes telephone or in-office
consultation to explain our process and how we may be able to assist you.
Individual rate for conflict coaching,
case evaluation, and case convening: $110.00/hr
Individual rate for mediation sessions: $110.00/hr per party
Individual rate for arbitration panel: $180.00/hr per party
There is a 30% discount on mediation
session rates focused on relationship repair and reconciliation (without substantive legal dispute)
For three
or more parties to a mediation process, the rates are capped at $300 per hour total with pro rata distribution between them.
If mediation or arbitration is chosen, there is also a nominal case administration and filing fee to cover written
resources provided and initial case administration costs.
Case administration and session fees are payable
in advance.
Reduced fees on a sliding scale are available for those with a limited income or faced with
unusual financial hardship.
