Conflict Resolution & Conciliation Services offers tailored programs ranging from a few hours to multi-day programs
in all aspects of conflict resolution and management, team building, personal and group interaction, problem solving, and
mediation. We also provide faciliation for planning, focus groups, and partnering agreements.
Our programs can focus on several different aspects, including family, workplace, or ministry scenarios.
We
welcome the opportunity to provide a brief (45-60 minutes) overview of "The Nature of Conflict and How Christ Calls Us To
Respond" for your church, ministry group or other organization. We can also provide a general overview on Christian conciliation
process and an introduction to training available from Peacemaker Ministries to prepare people to serve others as conflict
coaches and conciliators.
Our typical full day training program designed to introduce individuals to the conflict resolution process covers:
- Basic Principles of Conflict Resolution
- Effective Communication Skills for Conflict Resolution
- Problem Solving Techniques
- Application of Conflict Resolution Principles
The full day training includes both interactive instruction and participatory role play.
The role play can be tailored to address conflict scenarios you anticipate encountering.
